Dentists for 5 1/2 yrs old

Hi CarlaG, I cant advise you on dentists in Durban but my 5 yr old son had one of his back bottom teeth pulled last week. I think it will be best to just do it in teh dentists room than theatre. Those injections are painful but it is quick and they forget about it nearly as soon as it is done. They wipe this stuff on to numb the area before injecting. They will wait a while for it to go dead then pull it. They cant feel it being pulled and the procedure is about 30 minutes in total. They dont need anything for pain afterwards. Good Luck

I was wondering whether anyone would be able to tell me.

My 5 1/2 yr old has a small hole in his top molar and I was wondering whether they have to sit thro those painful injections or is there another way other than in theatre. Also can anyone recommend good and affordable dentists in Dbn?

Would appreciate any info.
