How big was the cyst. Okay so fristly it can take up to a year to fall pregnant even if you are healthy and hubby is healthy. I know that it must be really hard when women fall pregnant quickly the first time don't the second time round, but I am sure you will be fine if you give it a while.

As for the cycst. Every month a cyst forms in the ovary as it houses the egg that is released at ovulation. These grow to about 2cm or even larger. Sometimes they continue to grow a bit and it becomes a functional cycst. These usually resolve on their own but may disrupt your cycle a bit.

If a functional cyst grows large (10cm or more) or bleeds then they may do a small operation to drain it, but that isn't usually needed.

Good day everyone, I thought this is a good start to tell my story and maybe get help, -[] [/i] have a child of 20 months and since Feb this year we been trying to have another baby, my cycles have been perfect, except for last month I had a 27 inch cyst on. My overy (but luckily I have had my period, (last month) this month I missed it by 6 days. Dr said he'll give me a hormoan that makes u have a period, why is this happening? And whi is baby nr 2 feeling so hard to have?
