Thank you for that, not much relief but, at least it helps knowing that I am not alone. I am going to see my doctor today, I'm hoping for some good news as, I really still want to go natural again with this baby.
Will the pain go away after the birth of my little one? I f that is possible, then I wont' worry that much with it.

Hi there.
I had a similar pain, where the pubic bone itself is softening and stretching and very very sore. I couldnt get in and out of cars / bed etc. And climbing stairs or walking was just as bad!
There's very little you can do for it. My pilates instructor who specialises in pregnancy and does preggy bellies as well even said that at 26w I should stop doing pilates rather.
The only advice I can give is to keep your legs closed when you do things. So slide into the car from the side without opening your legs, and dont take big steps etc.
Keep ponado on hand.
And then looking back I would have bought a back support brace. You get those ones that help post pregnancy with supporting your tummy, but you can get one that you can use during pregnancy, and claim it back from medical aid.
Try get hold of 'Newbie' a July 2010 mom, she used to sell them.

I dont think it effects natural birth, as its your bodys way of stretching that bone in readiness for natural birth. But you will have to discuss with your gynae.

Good luck!
Good luck!

First angel resting 25/06/2009 stayed with us a short 7 weeks but we still miss you.

PELVIC GIRDLE PAIN was created by Euphre7
Good day ladies

I think I have this condition, it's called pelvic girdle pain, and it's so not nice. Everyday, since 26 weeks pregnancy, I have constantly woken up with pain, in my groin, on my back and all sorts. It's imposible to walk sometimes and, I can honestly say, it's difficult to get in and out of the car. Has anybody ever been diagnosed with this? Anybody had any experience with this condition? I am looking for ways to remedy or treat it, as I am very concerned about my labour,I am now 33 weeks pregnant and worry if I should still go ahead with my planned natural birth??
