Gave magphos to my babies for cramps. It does help. I looked at the pharmacy today but they didn't have any. Will have to go and look at the healthshop tomorrow.

I also had it and mine was due to a lack of magnesium. You get these sachets that you mix with water and if I can remember correctly, you drink it twice daily. Its not nice at all, but helped so much. It comes in a green box. Not sure of the name

I had this once my daughter was born.

All I can say is AWFUL!!!

Apparently its from a lack of magnesium.
Ask your pharmacist for a magnesium & calcium supplement which is safe in pregnancy.

First angel resting 25/06/2009 stayed with us a short 7 weeks but we still miss you.

This is my 3rd Pregnancy and I didn't have this problem with the other two at all but this is keeping me out of sleep this time round. I can' t even lie on the couch and watch TV.

Any natural remedies that I can try that worked for you?
