Nicegirl, you will feel right at home when you see Dr Farrel... She is a FANTASTIC person...

She did the assesment on my baby boy when we picked up complications and it's a proper assesment, she must of spent an hour or more just scanning...

Unfortunately she gave us the news that they cant help my son and she broke the news to me that we need to terminate the pregnancy... She put her arms around me and gave me a huge hug....

She really is great and i believe you are in good hands with her...

I believe the centre is very good! My gynae at Pta East, Dr Joubert, who has now moved to nelspruit, didnt refer me because he did his own assesment, but he promised if he wasnt 100% happy, he would refer me to the assesment centre.

I have friends who have used the assesment centre and they were happy!

I'll have my first trimester screening with the Dr. Farrel at the Fetal Assesment Center (Pretoria East Hospital).

Have you had any experiences with her? Would you recomend her for this scan?
