UIF in Cape Town

Hi Robyn,

I did mine two years ago and is in the process of doing it again this week.

Your company needs to give you the following documents UI 2.3, UI 19, UI 2.8, UI 2.7

UI 19 has your details this one also needs to be filled out by the doctor.
UI 2.8 needs to be filled out by your bank confirming your account details.

I will be submitting everything at the department on Friday. I will let you know if there is anymore information they require.

I used Vanessa Galvin of Tums 2 Mums in 2010 and was very happy with her service, so I decided to use her again this year, but now trading as UIF Partners

Unfortunately I am just one of many people she has ripped off-it is impossible to get hold of her by phone or email so I don't even know if she has sent my forms to uif and I have no idea what to do or where to go now

If anyone has done their own uif claims in Cpt, pls let me know what I need to do!!!
