Retro verted uterus????

Hi there,

I too have a retroverted uterus. Gynae told me it was nothing to worry about, although you read up about it and there are a few sites that mention that it can cause difficulty in falling pregnant and natural birth can be more painful.

For me both I fell pregnant first try and was able to have natural birth with epi so I really don't think it is something to worry about!

A retro verted uterus as you proberly know is when the uterus is tipped back towards the rectum. They say it can be painful during sex and that it normally has no effects on the ability to fall pregnant and carry a baba.
I also have one - hehe, not saying it like its something to be proud of. For me it didn't have any effect on falling pregnant and having kids. I have 2 girls - 8yrs and 4yrs.
