Natural csec birh anyone?

I have read up on a new (?) procedure called natural c-section birth where the csec is made as 'natural' as possible. I have been told by my doc that I have to have a csec due to a past op, so for me, this is as close to natural as I am going to get.

The procedure involves bringing the baby out of the womb slowly, so that he is squeezed out mimicking a vbac. The lights are dimmed at this stage, music is playing and they put the little one your chest immediately for skin to skin, waiting for the cord to stop pulsing before they cut it. Once you stitched up, you are assisted with latching asap.

Has anyone had a similar experience of this in the Cape Town area? Looking for some recommendations for a gynae and hospital.
