Deja, Thats the thing doctor said he doesn't know why shes not growing, coz i'm healthy and everything is fine and my water is normal. Hesa been keeping a close on me. I also haven't gained any extra weight these past weeks either and i've been gaining really fast.

But then again MummyAbby might be right coz these are just estimates and the scans can predict the wrong weight.

Chigozie i really am happy that she's coming but i'm just hoping shes a healthy little girl.

I think it is important to remember these are estimates. Maybe talk to your doctor and ask him how accurate these estimates are, and if he might have it wrong and that she could have gained weight?

Between my 35/36 and 37/38 week scans my daughter lost weight, but she was born bigger than estimated at 39 weeks. I dont know if this is similar or different considering I was a bit further along.

I am sure it is nothing serious and that everything will be okay. Very soon you will hold your baby in your arms. Such precious moments.

Hi Ladies

So i was at my weekly ultrasound last week (36 weeks) and Dr told me baby hasn't gained any weight since our last appointment. He said i should go to hospital and they did a couple of tests and they monitored baby's heartbeat with the strap around my tummy.

Everything came back perfect but he told to go back again 2days later and did the same thing and everything was fine.

So yesterday went for my normal app (37weeks) and baby is still not gained anything, she weighs about 2.3kg. Thats been her weight for the past 3weeks. I'm going to hospital again on friday and Dr said baby is coming next week monday or or tuesday, meaning i might be induced or have a csec. my due date was 03/10

I don't know if this is a normal thing to happen i'm really scared because i feel fine and baby is kicking well and everything.

I don't really remember what my question was, but i just thought i'd share my story, any replies would be appreciated ladies
