Anyone been to Dr. S. Sulliman @ Femina?

I had both my girls at Femina too - their birth stories are on the birth stories link in Moomie...

I am Reyn Marais and i had a fully natural birth with no epidural or any pain meds - it was completely natural, no cutting or suction etc...

I have heard that Dr Suliman prefers episiotomies - cutting down there - even if its not completely necessary... Most doctors nowadays allow you to tear naturally as it heals much quicker and you only tear about 2 layers deep... with an episiotomy they cut through all for layers...

Just my experience on what i have heard from the sisters in the maternity ward...

Other than that it is an awesome hospital to give birth in - one of the few that are still pro-natural birth...
