Congrates Catsmom

Thank you for the update. I am sure he will be in his own bed soon. He is truly a fighter. Thank goodness your doctor was on the ball. Jack is a very lucky boy to have you as his mommy.

Hi Tracy

Congrats on the birth of little Jack. How wonderful. I am so happy he is healthy and definitely a little fighter.

He was off the oxygen the same night, drip the next day and almost 2 weeks later, learning to drink from a bottle. All thanks to God and a wonderful Dr Andy Newham. He monitored us within an inch of our lives and saved Jack's life. He had the beginnings of a placental abruption. Jack doesn't seem to have any of the issues the foetal assessment centre predicted. His legs are in proportion to his body . I'm glad I didn't do the amnio. He is growing well and his paed wants to send him home this weekend. I think he should pick up more weight first even though we miss him like crazy. I can't visit him everyday. But soon our little Jack will be home. Thank you to all you wonderful women who gave me hope when I was feeling down. Good luck and my prayers for wonderfully healthy pregnancies

Love
Tracy and Jack

Hi ladies
I have had no luck trying to post here. I went for another scan on Monday 21 August. The sonographer was satisfied and wanted to delay the c-section for a week. My Dr wasn't happy and wanted to see me Wednesday and deliver Jack. Wednesday morning at 02:00 am I had to go to the bathroom (suffering from piles). When I wiped I saw blood. I immediately got my fiancé, phoned my dr and went off to Kingsbury. I got there at 230, had the ctg, Jack was ok but my dr found a blood clot behind my cord. He told me that seals it. He is delivering. I was knocked out. By 4:19 Jack was born. Tiny but healthy.

I am so happy he is still inside. Although you reaching the end is definitely uncomfortable. I am 32 weeks on Wednesday and from Friday I will be getting my course of 2 days 12 hourly.

Good luck Catsmom. You almost there

Hi everyone

My update long overdue. Between twice weekly Dr visits and ctgs and weekly scans, resting and taking care of a 4 year old I haven't had much spare time. Been getting lots of aches and pains too. Feeling my age
