UIF assistance - recommendations please

I honestly had no issues, I received all my payouts on time and within my maternity time, I was off May to Sept of this year. I didnt have to ask them or follow up at all. I was really happy with the service I received.

Don't want to run any company down but if you only receiving a certain % of your salary and you are waiting for your UIF money and it is taking it's time it does become a problem.

I am part of a Whatsapp group (April 2014 Moms). 2 of us applied for our UIF at the Department of Labour offices (one in Johannesburg & one in Cape Town). By the time we returned from ML we received all our pay outs. 2 of the other ladies used UIF assistance. The one lady received a small payout and is still waiting for the rest of her money whereas the other lady receive a lumpsum about a month ago.

It is a bit of a catch 22 just ensure you choose wisely!!!!!!!

Morning, I used Baby Benefits, I received all my uif etc on time and you also pay a once off fee and then they take care of everything

Hi Nadia. Im going to use Moms Uif Assist. I can email the info to you or you can contact them directly. Once you pay the deposit or full fee if you like, they send you a username and password for the website to download all the docs you need to complete with instructions.

I am also starting this week to complete. Its quite a lot of admin.
