You will get some wonderful tips and be well prepared in knowing what is just myths cause a lot of women think they can't breastfeed or they think their milk is weak, which is not true.

they provide wonderful support.
you can ask for a leader in your area and can contact her. they provide excellent support and if 1 is not available she will give you contact details of someone else who will be able to help.

Hi Ladies....

Need a bit of advice please.

So, I struggled with breastfeeding with my 1st one, ended up stopping at 3 months, due to lack of information and the right support. I want to give it my best shot this time and make sure I have the right support and in this case a lactation consultant.

What I would like to know is, when do I consult with one? If and when the time of me needing one comes? How soon/quickly can they come out if I need one?

While I think maybe I should wait, I dont want to find myself needing one and then she is unable to come through.

Can anyone kindly recommend one close to Midrand too please...
