It is time for me to consider my antenatal classes options here in CT.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
I am very interested in the Bradley method but can't find any classes.
The book is available though. Is it any good?
I am a first time mom and would like to go through an actual class just to ease the nerves. Any help would be very much appreciated.
