I am currently 38.6 weeks but scan shows 36.2 weeks mainly due to baby size measurement. So usually bloods have a better accuracy on your edd but remember they are all still estimates. Hence they say full term is actually 42 weeks as these edd are an estimate.

I also have very irregular periods and could never pin point my due date.
I would go with my DR. Bloods showed November that I was 7 weeks, but a week later the scan showed 9 weeks. and ever since the due date stayed the exactly same. So I guess the scan then and my Drs predictions.
i would like to know if there is a sure way to calculate ones due date.. i really cannot say when my last period was as i only went off the 3 month injection in April last year and found out i was pregnant on the 10/11/2014 ( i was 6 & 1/2 weeks according to the blood tests) and was on the
injection for 6 years.
and i hadnt had a proper period since being off the injection
but now at 24 weeks (according to the doctor) midwife says i am 28 weeks and scan says i am 22 weeks..
so i have 3 due dates, which makes planning for anything quite hard.
which is more reliable? the scan, blood test or mid wife measurement?
