I seem to be experiencing pregnancy "blindness" quite a bit. I lost my car keys for two hours, and I turned the house upside down frantically looking for them. My husband came home, and found them in the exact spot where we put them every night, where I'd already looked 3 or 4 times... :pinch: I just couldn't see them... I've also lost the computer, camera, and the house keys. Luckily I have an understanding husband and understanding colleagues. But I really do feel dof sometimes!!! :silly:

Hey Zaza

Thot I was the only 1, it also did a switch 4 me, with my daughter 5 years ago, my manager ended up allowing me to go a week early b4 the start of my leave, my brain had stopped working :) bt that was in my last trimester.

I am 9 weeks, and dzaym, my brain is so slow its scary :( . I have to write a lot of docs at work and yu can imagine the crappy docs I do. I am also duing my Masters part time, its just horrible. I just cant think, wats worse I also get so sleepy during the day, its just so bad. I even asked my gynae, I expected this in 3rd trimester, he gave the standard answa....every pregnancy is different :) but yaa porridge brain hit me big time.

So yu aren't alone Zaza

So at 9 weeks pregnant with my second baby, I find that I have porridge brain this early already in pregnancy.

I spend a lot of time in meetings with clients and my staff and I find that often I am busy I discussion and stop..............in the middle of my sentence...............everyone waiting for me to continue.................but I have lost my complete train of thought and speech...........lol

The wonders of pregnancy, in my first pregnancy I had porridge brain only from about 7 months onwards it did take a few months after birth to return to normal. So it's quiet funny that its back this early in my second pregnancy.

Any other preggy mama's experiencing porridge brain and do you have any good stories to share..........
