Hi Hasie,

I would be really grateful if you could please post the links to those studies re the adverse effects of paracetamol or the journals they were published in so that I can go and have a look,

Thanks in advance!

Hi Dalene

congrats on the pregnancy, when are your due? Perhaps you can come join our monthly due date groups, more pregnant fairies with similar symptoms.

I am 17 weeks getting the head aches as well, I am trying to increase my hydration which helps sometimes, but I have been told its the surge in our hormones that most likely give us head aches, I haven't found the exact symptom reliever yet, except a small nap seems to help me.

All the best

Hi hi,

I am now 20 weeks and have had headaches since around 14 weeks :(

I have only found two solutions that work (panado does not work!!!!!)
1] Check your blood pressure - I am now on 500mg Hypertone 3 times a day and it makes a huge difference
2] Jungle Juice - The fluids helps keep you hydrated and links to the Brewers Diet Theories :)

The moment I skip my jungle juice or my meds I sit with a headache :(

Hope this helps :)

Get help form a homeopath, they can usually help with meds that are safe during pregnancy. Panado is often recommended, but new studies shows that the use of paracetamol during pregnancy (especially 2nd trimester) can cause problems with undescended testicles, adhd and asthma later in life.

Good afternoon mommies,

I am currently 16 weeks pregnant with my second baby and have terrible throbbing headaches. I would just like to know if there is anything else I can take except panado's

Thank you and lovely afternoon,
