Oh I know what you mean Catshart, It's not easy. Pregnancy is not a very good experience for me. I love being part of creating life and it's a big honor but not easy. My lil man was also 2kg at 31 weeks and GML said it's big.

Wow 31 days to go not to bad I am sure you are counting the seconds.

Looks like we are all leaving round the same time middle Feb.

I also stopped getting notifications so I have lots of news to catch up on.

Im 34 weeks today but Im having a c sec so my daughter will be here in 31 days time...4 March.

I am seriously over being pregnant. I love feeling her move but this has been a real struggle for me. My sister had such an easy pregnancy and she is always says to me she is so glad she didnt suffer like I have.

Dr said my baby is going to be big as she was already over 2kg at 31 weeks.

My maternity leave starts on 15 Feb and I can not wait

It must be very hard and draining to leave the hospital with him every day, but he is getting the best care there and when he is home you can shower him with all the love u can’t give him now.

I was in hospital 2 weeks ago with him wanting to arrive early as well, thank goodness they managed to stop the contractions and we are safe now.

Hi soontobemommy2- Oh dear. Wishing your boy comes home soon. Shooo, You must have been terrified going into labour that early. He'll come home soon. Just rest as much as you can, because once he comes home the fun will start!

I'm so glad to hear that you're all still well - apart from the usual pregnancy aches and pains.

I thought you had all stopped chatting - for some reason, I stopped receiving notifications of activity in the group both on email and on tapatalk until I got a new phone last Friday.

So on my side, baby made a really early appearance (10 weeks early) on the 18th of Jan. And it's a boy. He came in at 1.5kg. He's still in neonatal care and I'm at home. I go to the hospital everyday twice or 3 times a day to hold him and take him breast milk. He's doing very well though. I have no idea when he'll be coming home - I've stopped asking and I'm at peace. I guess the most important thing is for him to get bigger and stronger.

I'll tell you my birth story in April when you've all delivered your babies

He came on the Monday before my baby shower. I had all of 1 vest and the baby bag I had received from my medical aid the day he came. LOL! it was soOo hilarious - now in retrospect.
