Baby taken our earlier???

Our little one was taken out two weeks earlier than expected, mainly due to the amniotic fluid not being enough anymore and him not being able to grow. Also, he was a breech baby, so he would have had to come out the c-section way.

I was also very concerned for his health, but he has grown a quarter of his birth weight since coming earlier.

So all in all it turned out to be the best.

IMHO I think because you've had a previous c-section, your gynae will lean towards another c-section, no matter what he tells you. I only know of 1 or maybe 2 gynaes that are pro VBAC. Maybe join VBAC in SA on fb, its not too late to try natural, but a midwife would be the best option. Its never too late. On VBAC in SA I read a woman climbed off the operating table and had a perfect VBAC a couple of days later. There are other fantastic stories like that there too.

I can imagine how unsure you must feel right now.

All I want to say is trust your doctor he knows whats good for you and your little one. I don't think its because you feel overwhelmed.

Just think of your 2 year old she is probably so unsure as well.

This happend to my friend 2 weeks ago babies head was big but she wanted to still do it normal. Worst mistake ever! Baby ended up in ICU. He is 100% now and as healthy as a horse.

HI all, I am actually supposed to be due 22 September via normal delivery. My gynie is all pro for normal. Last week he said i might not be able to do normal delivery because the baby head is getting too big and is borderline.. The past week i have been so depressive and emotional because i am so unsure about the birth ( had a very bad experience with first child, after 12 hours labour it ended being emergency C section). Hubby and I were at doc this morning again for check up and told him that i am getting depressive, so much so that my 2 year old doesn't even want to be around me. Also that we were at hospital yesterday because baby wasn't really moving. this morning before our sonar he said that he doesn't not want baby to come before next week. During the sonar he asked how big baby head was last week. And also noticed he didnt pick up a gram the past week and so changed his mind and said he has to come out friday.. I dnt mind baby coming out on friday due to possible complications. I just dnt want gynie to take him out coz of how i am feeling right now emotionally.. Feeling soo over whelmed.. Your thought or experiences on this?
