Hi there fellow Moomies :)

I am new to the site and the Moomie Forum - although I have been reading some of your very helpful chats. I am not yet a 'Mommy', but DH and I are planning to start with a family end of the year/Jan 2016.

Now I am currently facing a changes and would like you advice and feedback on experiences.

1. With end of year, I need to decide on a Medical Aid Plan that will suit our needs for 2016. I am currently on Discovery Essential Delta Saver and need decide whether I should upgrade to the Classic Delta Saver to be sufficiently covered. Our nearest Hospital in the network is the Panorama Mediclinic, which I would be happy to go to.

2. I have been with my Gynae since I have been my first time (16 yrs ago) and in my recent visit have come to learn that she no longer does natural births and only C-sections. I would like to give natural birth and thus after so many years will have to consider changing my gynae to someone that is pro-natural. Also she only does her C-section surgeries in Netcare Blaauwberg - a hospital not on my prescribed network of hospitals.

So hear is my dilemma and would like your advice on :

1. Panorama Mediclinic : is the Hospital pro-natural or C-section? If not, which Hospitals are and would you recommend to deliver a child.

2. Gynea : as there is a high possibility of me having to change, are there any recommendations for good Gynaes working around Milnerton/Panorama area who deliver children at Panorama Mediclinic. Someone that is pro-natural/vaginal. I would prefer a lady but quality and service is more important than the gender of the specialist.

Would appreciate your suggestions, recommendation and feedback experiences. Thank you.

P.S. I know that it is very early, but I am a bit of an over-planner and like to be well organized when it comes to these things :P
