UIF with an agency

It is not correct that the DoL doesn't allow agencies to claim on behalf of pregnant mothers.

I used UIF-Hero and had no troubles getting my cash.

Im currently on maternity. I used Sweetdreamz and paid R500. When i registered they emailed me all the required paperwork and i tried filling in and getting as much information before i went on maternity leave because i dont have a printer or scanner at home. Unfortunately they cant really do anything with your paperwork untill they have a certified copy of the birth certificate because the department does not process claims without all the correct paperwork.
My maternity started the 15 Aug. Baby was born 23rd. I submitted all my final paperwork to them the 28th Aug. I received my first uif payment beginning of Oct.
Im very happy that im working through them because i would have really not had the time and energy to do it myself.

Just wanted to get some feedback on the experience some of the ladies had with 3rd party companies applying for the UIF on your behalf? Who did you use; How much did it cost; and how long did you wait to get paid? etc etc

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated
