I'm busy doing the ufiling application for maternity benefits and just received the form for my employer to sign and the medical practitioner. Did any of you do the ufiling application? I received an sms now from the DOL that they will communicate withint 35 days... I don't know how this works.... Very confusing
I unfortunately don't have the time to go to a DOL branch or to pat a Agency to submit the forms for me. I'm on leave from Monday the 4th of Jan.
