Hi Carol
Congratulations on baby #3, it must be so exciting!!!
Glad to hear that you are doing well in your second trimester, my first trimester wasn't overly difficult but wasn't easy either. Mild nausea but major food aversions which hasn't left me in the second trimester, haven't been able to eat beef and lamb since I fell pregnant.
I've also been experiencing the round ligament pains which are very scary. It must be amazing to be able to feel your baby move, I sometime I think I can feel my baby but I never know if it's just gas or the baby. Guess I will be more experienced next time around.
I understand about the gas

a friend of mine who is 2 weeks ahead of me said that the bloating goes away in the second trimester but it hasn't yet for me. Hopefully it will get better.
My 16 week scan is on the 26th of Feb so fingers crossed the doctor will be able to give us an indication of the baby's gender. In the beginning I was more than convinced it was a boy and now I think it's a girl.
Did your doctor tell you what to expect at your next appointment? my gynae said that at 16 weeks he will do a blood test for Down's and to have my thyroid checked up.
Have a great week ahead ladies
