Cape Gate - Dr Siebritz/Durbanville - Dr Olivier

Hi Ladies!
I'm still looking for answers on hospitals that are fully covered on my network
The website is showing "Partial Cover" to every single hospital - I don't understand how not one can be fully covered?? Anyway!

In the meantime, I've found one Ob/Gyn that is fully covered by my plan at Cape Gate Medi-Clinic as well as one at Durbanville Medi-Clinic.

So at Cape Gate it is Dr MB Siebritz and at Durbanville it is Dr JS Olivier.
Any experience with these doctors? I'm very pro natural birth and no inductions and that sort of thing.
Also, any experience with the hospitals themselves? Complaints/compliments?

Lastly, did anybody use a Ob/Gyn only partially covered, and how much did you have to pay them out of pocket for the birth?
I'm considering that it might be worth it to get the one I want.
