Induction at Genesis Clinic

Don't be too nervous of an induction. I'm sure your lb will arrive before Sunday but if not, try not to stress too much. An induction is not that bad and as long as you have the support you need, you can still have the birth you want.

Thanks for the info Claire. My due date was 7 June. I'm now 8 days over. My midwife will let me go till Sunday when I'll be 12 days over.

A friend of mine had both her births there and was induced on her due date both times. Her last birth was in 2014. I think it depends on your midwife though and I also know her cervix was favorable...which makes induction more likely to succeed.

When is your due date? I have had 3 inductions and 3 natural deliveries...but I was only induced at 41 weeks with my first.

I'm hoping they still do. I would be even happier if my lb arrives before Sunday so I can avoid induction.

I had an induction there in 2010.
You might just want to double check with them directly, since its been so long , or wait for somebody with more recent experience
