terrible cold and hectic headache any home remedies good for baby?a

Hi mommies

I'm a first time mom and 17 weeks along my pregnancy.

And as we know that winter is upon us. I just recently got a flu and it's really bad get these bad headaches too but really scared that if I take any flu medication or something it might be not good for baby.. Any suggestions?
