Back up Doctor for Alnisa

Hi there did anyone give birth at Karl Bremer hospital?

How was the experience and is there anything we should know about?

I am new to this forum so i am sorry to post this in the wrong place my apologize

My wife is giving natural birth by Alnisa with a midwife but they told us that we need to have a backup doctor
we dont have medical aid that is why we went to Alnisa in the first place.

My wife is in her 3rd trimester and only other options we have is Karl Bremer Hospital? 
but how do u get in there what happen when the baby comes to early and must u have a doctor on hand?

is there anyone that could help us or assit us in the right drection?
