I am still taking all baba's stuff and mine.

rather have extra than less. fussy like that

oh, and i have went for my second lot of bloods for gestational diabetes on saturday. had to to 4 tubes of blood but did it after every hour after drinking glucose.

got my results now and this time its within range, so no need to worry. I am fine - whoo hoo ! I was stressing

I haven't gotten a list from the hospital yet, but i will drag it out of them next time i go... which is on the 4th.

I just like having my own stuff... just me i guess!



But anyhow i just packed Jamies and nursing bra's and breast pads and toiletries for myself... like i would if i was going away... oh and i packed a book in case i get bored while they are checking me in or sth... and a lil teddy for baby...

For baby, Just a few nappies wipes and things in case we use more than the hospital, nothing major. all in dads baby bag for him to bring later.

did the hospital not give you a list Kerry

Mine did when I went for the tour.

but i will still carry everything for baby...they just want earbuds and babies clothes and mine and my toiletries.

for babies, they supply everything up and until formula if the baby needs and bottles

Believe me dragging myself out of bed in the morning just isn't working for me either... Hubby's even trying to help by forcing me out... I look sooo forward to the weekends so i can sleep late and then i just don't want to get up at all over the weekend

But i go on ML on the 13th of next month, 18 more working mornings to go....



Finally actually packed my hospital bag... Will have to wait till after the baby shower to back baby's one, but in the mean time i have out two baby grows, sum nappies, nappy sacs, wet wipes and earbuds in...

Not soo sure what i actually need in either of our bags so kinda thinking that i have forgotten something... Thats me just gotta be prepared for anything... it'll be the hurricane emergency kit next if you give me a half a chance!!!

I think everyone is battling to get up so early these days, work is not easy on its own, never mind carrying a baba in our tummies.

I had my baby shower yesterday but forgot the damn camera, was in such a rush. got some lovely gifts and some duplicates, which I will go exchange soon. but was so nice and now the work one in the next month .....

my little girl is already so spoilt and oh daddy put up the cot yesterday, finally. now looks like a baby room. so happy. just a chair and rug. stil have not decided on a single chair.

Sher dr didnt say what birth weight would be but I am suspecting she will be about 3.8 or 4kg. My daughter was born weighing 4.1kg at 39weeks. So we shall see coz these are estimations.

@Mom2b enjoy your babyshower, dont know where mine is and I dont know if I am having one.

Those going on maternity leave soon are really lucky I still have a month and a half to go. Wish I could stop working in Sept already.
