how are all of you? I'm still reading all your posts....

Simone, a boy. I'm so glad. I know is not what u wanted, but think of it this way. Addy will always be your special girl. and your only girl. she will always feel special that you. and you will see, you will love your boy. Xander is really special to me and always looking after me.

Ally, I am so jealous of all your special trips, etc. and congrats on your BIG future. how are the twins???? and my son-in -law?

Vix, how is your 3 men? wanted to tell you - we've got a guy at work with twins. the same age is Mia. and he always talks of them as " die manne" (the men). and then he had another boy about 3 months now. so, now there is the men and the boy.

regarding all the birthday planning. it sounds so fantastic. I am so jealous. I don't know where we will be by then. if we are in Ozzie, then she will not have a party because we don't know anybody there. I try not to think about it, cause it makes me sad.

still don't know when we will be going. The company asked hubby if he can go before us. so... he will be going on the 15th of Sept. I'm quite sad about that. it means I have to do everything here on my own. The furniture have to be packed, etc. Some of the dogs have to go to new owners and the 2 old ones must be put down. and I will have to do that. and then fly with 2 kids to ozzie. But.... I will just put on my big girl pants and face it. Still didn't get Mia's birth certificate. I phone everyday. I've send an email to a General or something (head of dept). and he send them an email to sort it out... but nothing. I really want to go to ozzie with hubby.

and o.... I'm busy with Mia's birthday present. I've always wanted to give her a small kitchen. And I decided to make one for her. and since I don't know where we will be and if I will be able to make her one, I started now. can only work on it on the weekends. It is going to be a country kitchen. I'm using old furniture and old wood and stuff for it. will show you all the photos when finished. I'm taking photos as we creating the kitchen.

and o ladies. I've lost 7.5kg the last 34 days. I'm so determined to lose 20kg. nearly halfway. I'm on no diet. just cutting all snacks. Xander is actually so glad, because mommy were eating all the sweets and cooking. and cutting out most starches.

Nelria, I had to google Babalela. never heard of him. but he looks cute. is Babalela on tv as well?

and o girls.... a nice and quick bath recipe for the kids. use shaving cream (with no menthol). and put it in diff bowls and colour each one a diff colour (food colouring). let the kids paint the walls, themselves and the bath.... they love it.

Mandy, how is the house "shopping" going? I love looking at houses. I'm already "house shopping" in Perth's houses.

Lisha, Mia also loves ocean basket's fish bites. but then she discovered my prawns.... I had to eat her fish (that was last week).

O no Julz, sinus again. I thought it will be gone. hope the doctor can help you on monday.

Nicole, glad K is eating better. Mia also started to want milk during the early morning hours (about 6 oclock) and I don't have the energy to fight with her. so, I'm making her milk everynight just incase.

I took the children yesterday to watch CARS 2. they loved it. Mia got so excited. about 3 weeks ago we took them to watch Kung Fu Panda in 3D and at the end there were war. and then Mia started to scream NO NO NO. she was hysterical. we had to take her out. she don't like fighting.

Angelique.... I love the cowboy theme. can do so much with it. and Mr price home's cowboy outfit is now on sale. I can just see all the boys with the bandanas around the necks.

Zee, when is DH coming back from EL? shame the kids always miss their dad when he is gone.
And the stretch mark: hubby always have to look for a stretch mark when I was pregnant with Mia. And then I got one. I was so proud of it. But I fade aways afterwards.

Okey.... if I forgot someone. sorry... I love you all. and I hope this loooooooooong post made up for the absence.

Life has been quite hectic...
Went for an interview & got the job
then when I wanted to resign, current company gave me a better offer & new position. Was hell trying to choose between the 2, but in the end I decided to stay....cant believe 3 months ago i really hated my job & now I'm actually happy....
Even getting along with everybody so much better!!
Got a hell of alot more work to do, but loving it

At home things are still same old....
Kids doing well & luckily everybody is still healthy!!
Zian's potty traing is getting better everyday...even got 2 poo's in the toilet!!! unbelievable how excited poo in a toilet can make a mommy lol
zian got his school report & his doing really well....so proud of him!!!
his getting cuter by the day, but also naughtier lol

chanel is being a real angel & developing into a real girly girl.

me & m have our up & downs

my brother lb was born on Tuesday at around 36 weeks weighing 2.9 kg....he got a apgar score of 6/10 cause he was battling with breathing
then wednesday he was put in nicu cause his breathing did not improve
my brother & sil are really battling coping with not being able to hold him & going home without him...
then ontop of it all, his allergic to the plasters they used on his face, so know his got inflamation in his face...
please keep him in youre prayers & thoughts???

then we went to our friends wedding yesterday, was so nice!!!
very small wedding & a nice reception without all the dancing, lucky for me, coz i was wearing new heels....ouch, my feet were killing me!!! yes, yes i know....not a clever idee hehehe

gotta go, lunch is ready...

Zee - hope you rest tonight.. yip, i think if i already had the newborn i would need to do something smaller, but then just bring in the troops ( family) as you honestly wont be able to do much at all. Having it at home it so much work, so plan it very carefully not to do the catering yourself.. Spar do very nice platters and the kids just needs popcorn and sweets from packets! get your hubby in charge of the drinks and hopefully get someone you know to make the cake and family to help with party packs and decor, and then on the day, A MAID to help with all the unpacking and cleaning etc!! YOU WILL NEED TIME FOR BABY. my sister did a party with a 2 week old and it was completely draining for her but MUCH cheaper.. but we didnt have a maid and she overdid it on making the cake,decor and catering herself..

I'm exhausted tonight, been cleaning out closets, etc, wanted to see if I have any baby related stuff left since I went on a giving away spree ... Luckily I kept the electric sterilyzer and the bottle warmer lol

I'm totally depressed though, found a stretch mark on my tummy something I never had with Z, so I guess there goes my bathing costume days!

Any hoo, Simone, I'm glad the cramps were nothing serious!

Julz, so sorry about the bad news, hoping that their Lo will be perfectly healthy.

Mandy, the renting sounds like a good ideA. We've also been making sums and also cannot see how we will afford the bond on a bigger better place. The media pays peanuts!

Nelria, z doesnt know babalela but I think I've seen it somewhere. She's a Lollos addict now, I told her last night 'Lollos put my uit' and she replied "nee, ek put jou uit'. Can't argue with that!
I've decided no big party, just a party at home for the nearest and dearest, then I'll at least be able to breastfeed and there wont be any disruptions for baby! Either going with a lollos or tinkerbell theme.

oh and had roti's wow stuffs hot but super packed with fresh spices so bit to much for me so wont try again i reckon - like me things without pips, leaves etc he he

he he mands - babalela is this purple creaure living in the woods with all these funny wood creature's (mixed animals like potifant) - big elephant with super size legs etc

afr books range quite the brand name - so u get stuffed toy to go with and t-shirts etc - so as u know i buy stuffed toy every year so as to have when all grown and can say 1st b-day pressie(smurfie) 2nd barney 3rd babalela etc

hello girls, going for a haircut in a few minutes went to look at houses today..

Ive been quite stressed about the price house we want to buy. Ive been thinking that we could afford it if we werent having another baby, but with the pending arrival, I am worried about cash during maternity leave and extra money needed for the birth and settling in with new school fees and wanting a maid etc, so its been stressing me out, amongst other things. so dh and i had a chat and he agrees that to take the stress out of finding a house QUICK, and also to not go into debt in the beginning that perhaps we rent for a little less per month.. so we have decided to start looking at rentals and maybe at fourways gardens so we can live in an estate for a while.. its 5 minutes from cams school and my work, so it would be about 15 minutes in heavy traffic... im feeling rather relieved!

Nel - you will have to tell us what babalele is????? never heard of it?

Dh made me dinner last night so i could chill and then did the night shift with cam, so i slept 9 hrs - pure bliss

Ally - a bit jealous again of you this week end!! looking forward to the report backs!
