Pfairy, that is such an amazing thing to do for the kids. I have to say, that's where I was incredibly lucky to have the mom I did. She was like an encyclopedia. She read a 700 page book in 2 days and she was ALWAYS reading. She also got us all to fall in love with reading and she was always adamant that we will experience other cultures. When we were eating spanakopita and paella my friends were eating stews and braai. She always taught us all about the different cultures and countries. She got me into Spanish dancing and she was such an arm chair traveller. Always telling me about all these different places. I have her to thank that I have such a general knowledge and that I'm quite good with countries etc.

Thanx for the kits. Can't wait to get them.

So I went to game and it's even better news than before, you don't have to buy 2 packs like they advertise each Jumbo pack of HG is R150 so you can take just 1 but I still took 4 because I told DH I had to buy them in 2's LOL

Julz- I just received an enquiry from a lady who got my website from mommalicious mammas, you're part of that group hey? Did you give my website to someone? If so thanks, I must make time to actually look at their website. I need to sit down and have a huge admi/advertising day but I seem to be constantly busy even when I don't have orders.

O.k can't remember much else, I have a huge tummy cramp, I feel like I could vomit and get my period at the same time. Need to lay down!

So, Xander just loves all the flags. He still have no idea how big is the world. He thinks Namibia is near USA and the Island is very very far from us. So, I bought him the soccer country flags from Cardies and hang it in his room. (those that hang on a string). I've also bought him a Earth Globe today. He just loves that. looking at it and asks a bezillion questions.

So, I decided that we will "learn" about each country. I've ordered 3 books today from Kalahari. one about food/recipes for children from all around the world, the other one is clothes to make from all around the world and the last one is craft things to make from all around the world.

still working on how we going to do it, but it will be something like this: first learning about the country, flag, etc (I will also learn alot - I forgot everything I've learned in school). then the first weekend we can make the craft. then the following week we can "make" the clothes. and that weekend we can cook and dress ourselves for the meal.... He is just going to love it. and I think Mia will love dressing up.

We only use cuddlers. I just love them. but I can remember with Xander..... they wee up and not down in the nappy.

Sjoe, you can chat..... Vix, I just loved reading your long posts today.

It's really really cold here. when dropping off the children this morning and driving to work, it was -7 degrees. my aircon at work was so frozen up, it only worked at about 10 oclock this morning. I must say, the underfloor heating is really working nicely. we stayed the whole yesterday in the bedrooms.

Simone, Mia's got this hippo which I bought from Ackermans. she can't sleep without it. she laughs loudly when she see the hippo.

Julz.... Julz..... Julz.... after you said something about the blog, I coudn't sleep for a few nights. and guess what... I am busy designing the blog. will let you know when finishing.

Vix, I will use a normal single size bed when mia is ready to move. The bed is older than me. it is a wooden bed. I slept in that bed from 3 till 18. then xander slept in it and now it is in Mia's bedroom.

Simone... hope coke phones you. really hopes everything works out perfect for you.

For now, all I think is: what will be, will be. Tanzania is still deciding. The company me and hubby works, invited him for an interview today. It will be a promotion for him, and I really really thinks he deserve that. The only downside - the mine is near Carltenville (spelling). so, he has to drive 90km to work and 90 km back... NOT SO NICE..... but what must be, will be.
