As for us, we are well, Oliver is definitely a lover not a fighter lol, went to Fruit and Veg over the weekend and there was a little boy of probably about 4 and all Oliver could do was run after him and give him hugs, my chiold likes to hug other children a lot!

We're waiting to hear about the house, phoned today and there's a slim possibility that they're going to keep us waiting ANOTHER month!!! Fingers crossed it doesn't drag out any longer...will find out tomorrow hopefully.

I keep forgetting to say cos some of you have asked, I'm due 2nd Dec which puts me at 9 and a half weeks today

Nelria - Sounds hectic with your bro, logic would say that he doesn't have to part with a cent until paternity is confirmed but I'm not too sure what the laws are, is there legal aid or something similar in this country that you could phone for advice? My gynae is expensive (downside to living in the northern suburbs ) and his most expensive scan is R1500. When I went to fertility specialist it was R900 for full scan & consultation so R2000 is mega steep and surely can't be that much for EVERY scan...It still sounds laaaaank fishy to me.

julz, nope, dh is not getting a new car, but we're gonna stay on his companies property, so he literally walks like 300m to his office. So now I can drive his car seeing that I'm gonna do alot more driving

eating olives.... ....my dh would be super impressed....neither me or the kids can handle olives so if our friends aren't around he never gets to eat them & he loooooves them.

dh is building me a dining room table with long benches on either side, so after this months tuis...I'm getting a red chairs for the ends...did you see how nice that looks???
also planning to have a art gallery in my kitchen...this is my wacky idea....gonna buy pine doors for the kitchen cupboards...paint them all diff coulours & get the kids to paint on some of them
cant wait for these people to move so I can take photos of it & show you girls!!!!

Hi Ladies

Well firstly, DH had a very nice birthday...started by watching the rugby with some friends on Friday...and also the fact that the Stormers played so well.
Then we went home and when the clock hit 12am, I gave him his gift (his favourite cologne) and some "nookie" of course....LOL

Then saturday morning Cole and I made some breakfast and decorated the cake....then we had lunch at a friends and the evening we went to a show/concert that my brother was singing in.

I am also pissed of at my IL's as none of them even bothered to buy DH anything for his birthday and he always goes way out for them...but ja, such is life

Nelria, that does seem a lot for gynae/specialist visits and I really hope that you brother can sort this out soon. Please do not stress too much as you really need to relax these next few weeks. I can't believe Xen is almost here.

I missed the info on car...is DH getting a new car???

I packed olives and cheese for Addy's church snack...the moms always come loaded with sugar and stuff so wanted to avoid that...she spotted it on the way to church and demanded the olives....all done by the time we got there....so she ended up bumming chips and biscuits AND piece of choc from her aunt! lol
