Simone Dylan seems a bit better. Still coughing but only day 3 of meds. My throat is actually okay. Took my anti inflam. meds which helped.

Ally glad your soup came out nice! Funny cause my SIL mailed me today for my recipe. I hate giving it to them (IL's) cause they BUTCHER my recipes. If it calls for cream...they'll put freakin bulgarian yoghurt in and wonder why it does not taste the same! lol. I use masala in mine...you? Re: job...ya it makes no sense to move for 5m and its not even worth it financially. But would be nice on your CV...you must be torn about it!

Ladies i read everything, but no time to reply to everyone...so forgive me!

Vix I am glad the naughty corner has worked so quickly for you! Addy is not ignorant...just bloody stubborn and defiant. So will still be a while before i attempt that.

The sleep issues continue. Addy had to be rocked to sleep last night. Woke up 1-2hrs later...a nightmare i think...crying, eyes closed...not wanting to be touched. We left her cause it was nowhere close to last weeks fright...and she calmed down and slept in about 5 min.

BUT alas at 5:15am she woke up...screaming for us again...UPIIE MUMMY! UPPIE DADA! Her voice is almost gone after yesterday morning's stint! Shame sounds terrible... So i didnt leave her to long this morning cause sounded like she'd have no voice after 5min. She calmed down IMMEDIATELY once in bed with us and drank bottle. Was falling asleep but the freakin phlegm in HER throat was annoying me for her part...so i told her to fake cough...then it was over...she faked coughed and started laughing and stood up.

Then i put tellitubbies on the laptop and she watched in her cot quietly until her dad eventually took her out at 7am (at which point she was showing no interest in getting out).

I am at a loss...from sleeping on her own...to sleeping through for a week...to this now... she absolutely HATES bedtime. She starts shaking her head going NO NO NO when we bring the bottle closer... Whereas before she'd fetch her bottle herself and tell us she wants to dudu....

I dont know what to do. We are going to buy her a bed soon...but maybe only in a week or 2 or 3...so who knows howlong this will last!

I phoned him back now and he said no someone phoned him and told him so now I wouldn't be so sure of it's authenticity.

Ally- that's really great but ja, it's not really possible I suppose. Why wou you have to live in CT for 5 months? It's a bit much to expect you to move there for such a short period of time on such a small wage!
