So relieved that today is a bit cooler. Have to go grocery shopping and then come home and prepare for tomorrow's interview with Justin Bonello. I'm meeting him at his hotel and Mandy suggested that I take him something home-made. So I'm going to take him some caramel blondies that I'm baking today.

I can't believe today in 3 weeks we are already on our way to Stilbaai. Well Graaff Reinet but still. I can't wait to just be away for an entire month!

I've been thinking....(yes yes I can hear the chuckles - its a dangerous pass time in general and now even more so in my current hormone induced state of mind! LOL) BUT what about we look at doing this - instead of you bringing the babies with to a baby shower when they're only about 6 weeks old at that point (something I completely understand you're not comfortable doing yet) why don't we set a date at the end of January (even if its a sunday) and come to your place for a cake & tea/meet the tweenines/PF baby-shower get together? (Nelria mentioned something down those lines too I think)

Then instead of you missing the party - we bring the party to you!!!!

afm, had a nice weekend, we had nice sunny days but with wind so we just let K play in the garden for 90% of the day, he had a few tantrums, nearly lost my temper a few times as he has now learnt to like really scream.

We went to my cousins little birthday party and K was soooo cute. Once we sang to the birthday girl and she blew out the candles, K thought it was his turn, so DH, me and my mom sang to him whilst everyone was doing their own thing and K loved it, so i definantly know his going to enjoy his birthday. He was so good there was all this cake, cupcakes, chip sweets etc on the table and all he wanted was one cupcake and a handful of chips, then he was playing ball with everyone.

We had a good weekend. We went to our friends for lunch yesterday and Dylan was an angel. I am so proud of him. He played nicely on his own for a while and I am pleased to say that he didn't touch their things etc. He was also good around the pool.

Shame the one older kid kicked the ball and it hit Dylan in the face. Bloody nose but fine.

Do your kids also suffer in the heat at night. I guess I don't feel the heat really so I don't realise how hot it is and I have to keep on changing Dylan at night. He sweats through his clothes and linen.
