Oct/Nov 2008 mommies!

Oh and Lwasi and Lelani...I saw a lovely eating plan in the October Shape magazine. It's a 1400 calorie a day diet (whereas mine is 1200 calories). I actually brought it to work today so I can sit and plan some snack and meal ideas from it.

Another thing...ladies I am so proud of my mom. Okay she refuses to give up coke and white bread...BUT she exercises every night with us now....til she sounds like she is going to have a stroke! lol. She cooks and eats the healthy suppers with us every night....and I mean she only knows a life of stews, fried, cream...etc, but every night she comes up with these lovely low fat, veggie loaded meals for us.

So Rome wasnt built in a day....but I am really proud of her progress. And now that I think about it...she actually didnt have coke with supper last night...and had a big glass of water with the exercise (the woman acts allergic to water!!).

I have lots of work to catch up on today...thanks to my unproductive day yesterday.

Oh my word...Addison went to bed at 10PM last night?????FLIP!! She refused to sleep...but she was so cute. Gerard was still exercising (I'm rubbing off on him..lol) so Addy was boxing and doing push ups with him..it was ADORABLE!!

This morning after her potty wee....she missed the toilet when she wanted to empty it!! OOPS!!!!!!!! lol

Please excuse the river of veins, they are so very obvious now and I'm a bit miff that I've got new stretch marks as well I thought being my second pregnancy I wouldn't get any more but no such luck.

Inside that tummy is a big baby hehe, probably over 2.5kg already, sitting in the 85th percentile last week

Julz I am so pleased the session went so well.
Sorry about U2 tickets but I'm sure if we get cheaper (not the cheapest though lol) sitting tickets we'll still get a good view. Afterall they are going to be on a revolving stage and all.

Simone my boo-boo could have been a big one but managed to keep it a small one lol.
