Lisha- i had DH on the magnesium tablets for his leg cramps and sleeplessness but this month i decided to get him Centrum to see if it would help all round and he says it's actually helping so nicely with his sleeping and muscle cramps and even just his appetite.

I wonder if they make a centrum for kids? You won't believe how the magnesium helps DH sleep better!

Hey Julz. I'm good (except for being a bit worried about my mum being alone but she's stubborn) thanks for asking. Amazing what a Centrum a day could do for one lol.

Sorry about your 1:30 am ... hope u crack the problem soon. I was not happy about the 4a.m wake up but guess we'll have some bad days.

Nicole- i wouldn't worry about other peoples kids at the wedding, like i was saying about mine, kids were welcome but the parents had to know they were responsible for their own childrens actions and safety at all times. Just push that concern out of your head, it's just another worry you don't need. I would never attend a wedding with my child and not keep an eye on him 100% of the time. I also wouldn't expect it to be child friendly because lets face it, it's a wedding not a kiddys party!

Lisha how are you. Sorry about the 4 am. We were up at 1 30. Not happy at all.

i just watched a horrific episode of Dr Phil, women who's abusive ex's killed their kids then themselves over custody battles. It's a cruel cruel world and a lot of these women had tried 4/5 times to get restraining orders but no one believed them even after proving death threats of the kids. Terribly sad!!!!
