Your gp makes a lot of sense! How do u improve muscle tone though? My friend's lb has feeding peg and as a result does not speak...so any tips I can give her would be great.

SOOOOOOOOOOO I went to a gp today for cams nose and he gave me celestamine for 5 nights and flixanase and told me to continue deselex..
He was actually softer with cam than my paed is and had lots of soft teddys and monkeys in his office ! really great.. Helen - its Dr Collen Frye if you ever need one at intercare.. who do you take oliver to again?

So- the gp says i should maybe cancel the ENT appointment and do a couple of things first- work on his mouth muscle tone - it needs to be tightened up with blowing and sucking and trying to whistle etc - and he said that mucous is made as the bodys defence against things that are affecting the body in a negative way - he says dryness in the air caused by jhb winters and by a heater would aggrevate it - so if you use a heater - you MUST use a hymidifyer - also while his mouth is open all the time more germs - the airborne ones are more inclined to make him sick - if he breathes through his nose then some of it would be filtered out.. made a lot of sense.. so i will cancel and he said i must tell his teacher so that she can help him with his muscle tone as well..

Anyhoo! just thought i would report back..

PS - SIMONE SIMONE SIMONE - my dad just called and sponsored a ticket to PE for me in 3 weeks he booked sat i think 22nd of whatever that saturday is until the Tuesday so I WILL DEFINALTELY see you.. lets do it the MONDAY - im too lazy to open the calendar but you tell me.. iam OVER THE MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!

Gerard working...I hate being home alone. But Addy and I played til she was delirious! Came to lie on my bed...she'd sing, drink bottle...look at bottle, shake it, drink again, crawl on me, etc...i didn't fight with her...after about 20min she fell asleep next to me. Quite nice actually.

Gonna go clear out her closet now til g gets home!

Pfairy that water bill...is it right????

So funny....we video call my sister and Addy sees herself on phone and goes 'Addy baba!' and laughs!

If its not chicken Addison ain't eating it...not rice, veggies, potatoes! Nothing! Frustrating!

I see for some of us it was a good day and for other not.

Ally, Thinking of you girl. glad you feel better, but rather now than later. and maybe it's not that serious. stop google. I've learned that from experience. I can have my Dr degree through google for all the "home diagnoses".

Vix, seems like you had a nice shopping day. I am so jealous of all the baby things.... that makes me almost broody now.

hubby also had to clean my C sec scar. I couldn't even look at it. I felt like passing
out. I hate openings in my body that is not suppose to be there. But you can't see any of the 2 C sec scars. with the second c sec they cut it just below the other one.

Well I didn't had such a great day... firstly. suddenly the company stopped all appointments. but luckily they've extended my contract with an increase. so YAY for that. and secondly, we've got this month water and light bill. still paying for our expensive part of the garden where the pipe burst. (and all the plants is now black because of the ripe). the bill is just over R9000. I am NOT impressed.

Julz seriously going where I think u are? Even more intrigued now. Can I come too?

I think my scar would have healed nicely but then the doc had to reopen it shortly after and was maby a bit rushed or had to extend it as it is quite visible.
