Hi Julz..I hope you get great news soon wrt to the job interview.

Vix, do you mind e-mailing me the doc with the dresses too. I have a lot of people that I help with weddings etc and I have about 6 people that I know are getting married soon so I guess it won't hurt to show them the brochure and maybe they can buy something from you?

Julz, I was actually thinking of starting to take pics now already (BEFORE) and then gradually take the after pics.

Speaking of houses...Had my first bond installment go off yesterday..was so happy but what a huge shock to our bank account

Vix, I am waiting for the underpants pic...LOL

Simone I know that you will get something great soon. As far as unpacking is going...We have just stuffed everything into the 3rd bedroom and keep the door closed. I am too scared and too lazy to start sorting everything but will have to get my but into gear as that is the room that I want to use for Cole

Julz- it's actually quite a sore subject in my house at the moment. My family are made up of Catholics and Christians and believe my children should be Baptised/Christened, so does Elwyn's SIL.

Elwyn sits on the fence, he still has his faith but me....... I'm becoming increasingly anti christianity every day. That's why C hasn't been christened as yet. For me it's a difficult situation because i find it hard to something i don't agree with and i can't even have people speak about Christ and the church around me and i cringe.

I really hope that one day i will find a way to 'enjoy' religion again but i feel far too much pressure in this country. Maybe it will only make sense to other Brits or people who have stayed there long enough but in England Religion is a personal thing and it's not something that just comes up in every conversation. Here everyone wants to pray for me all the time and tell me that God meant things to be this way and that bothers me because I worked myself for what i have, i make my own mistakes and i choose the path I walk.

I swear if one more person tells me "god won't give you more than you can handle" I will scream because quite honestly there are people out there who can't handle what they have been "given". Mothers who can't care for their children, so really if the gift of life is given by God then why did he give those women children?

It never ever used to bother me but it is too much here really it is! I don't think i go a single day in SA without being told about God.

I think it's great that people have faith especially in hard times don't get me wrong, I just think it's too pushed and expected.

My mum is very sad that i feel this way, she is a Catholic although we were raised as Christian. Like i said, i do hope one day that i can get past this religious road block and feel comfortable again.

o.k 2nd preggy rant in one day shoooo think i should take a chill pill!

Hi guys - sorry for the MIA - I am extremely busy at work, and just glance through the posts to keep updated everyday but don't always get time to reply!
VIX OMG!!!!! CONGRATS ON THE AMAZING NEWS OF TWINS!!!! I am so happy for you, and glad that you are on your way to be super excited!
Understand your vent re; ladies that go on about you not joining the chat group - I am regitered on FB but can almost never go on it, and this one girl once invited me - I never answered, so I heard from someone else that she was badmouthing me everywhere she went - as to also be a snob! I actually don't have time for such childish nonsense and just ignore people like that!
JULZ - sjoe sounds like a very interesting job - I am so curious - pls keep us updated!
ARA I must say I also loved the sentence about your LO
LISHA could luck with flu at work - I hope you feel better soon!
Zee - sorry to hear about the gate and car!
UPDATE - we are doing well! CJ doing all sorts of new things and he is actually really sweet. LOL - yesterday DH took him to the fan park as there were not a lot of people, NIANELL was singing, and cause CJ loves music, he danced and clapped hands DH says he went wild. They caught him on the camera and showed it on the big screen, and he won a prize - a VUVUZELA, HAT and FLAG. Last night when I got home - I was not allowed to touch these things, he would come running and say myne myne... he went to sleep with his vuvuzela last night.
I have a ladiesnight tommorrow night. We are 12 ladies and we get together at each other's houses once a month. We only started last month and this month is my turn, you have to have a theme and make food according to it! My theme is Proudly South African (due to WORLD CUP SOCCER) and I will be preparing traditional South African Food. I am quite excited!
Can't remember much else - SORRY!
Will pop in again soon!

Ok i know this may make my dh seems like he is way too in touch with his feminine side...but i just think this is so sweet!!!

He is on holiday at home..and yesterday they went out with his family (still very much alive Angelique...lol...and thanks for tip Nelria! Will stock up on anti freeze)....anyways...he says he is watching Addy play and all he could think of was how much he missed me...and he even felt close to tears cause he felt something was missing...

is that not just the sweetest! Yes i know we are sad and pathetic...we cry when we miss each other! lol. Thats what happens when u meet and fall inlove at 14! We cant imagine life without each other!

We are in a very mushy mood the last week...last night just holding each other..kissing, touching (not naughty touching!)...very sweet. Ag now i miss him even more today!!
