August-September 2010 Moms

Hi ladies..

Went to the doc this morning..
So DH asked her about the results and why she didn't phone us ect. and she said that all the counts was not that crusual (sp?) and she could wait a week to see me and go through it with me.

She sent me for some more bloods for my white blood cells count and if it is decreasing she is going to admit me emmediately to monitor me and she is going to start give me cortizone (sp?) to make Armand's lungs stronger. My BP was a bit high this morning 135/82.

All I can do is wait for my blood results which i'll have late this afternoon or tomorrow morning. I'll give you ladies an update as soon as I have the results.

As for Armand - He is such a strong boy and so healthy!! ALL GLORY TO GOD!! He weighs 2.6kgs and everything is perfect!! Hy het al begin sak. He is a bit bigger than what he should be, and I think it is all for a good reason!!

Blessed - Girly het my gistermiddag na ek by die werk weg was ingelig van jou bloedtoetse se resultate. Jy is van toe af al in my gedagtes. Ek het my man ook vertel en ons bid vir jou. Ek het nie 'n twyfel in my hart dat Armand nie gaan okay wees nie. Julle is in God se hande en omdat jy so getrou is aan Hom, sal Hy getrou wees aan jou. Baie sterkte en ek bid vir Jesus se kalmte in jou en jou man oor wat voorlê.

girly - i'm jaloers girl! mine still needs to be set up - one can hardly enter the room

blessed you need to now take care of you and baby. The medical term for what is wrong with you is HELLP syndrome. I don't want to scare you, i just want to inform you what might lay ahead for you. I had it with my lil monster and there is a 20% chance of me developing it again. Please take good care of yourself and rest as much as possible. lil Armand probably will be delivered earlier and most likely be via c-sec. But before it comes to that Dr will run tests again to see if there is any changes in your bloodworks. if it is the same or worse baba will need to be delivered (they will most likely try and push it till 36w) however, if the follow up bloods is not good they need to deliver baba asap as it could have serious health implications for mother and baby. also baby might because of HELLP and because he is so tiny end with baba jaundice and he could be a 'sicky' baba afterward - low imune system (mine is). I pray for you, your family and lil armand. all will be fine and you are in God's hands. I know what you are going through cos i was there. please mail/phone me if you need to chat my friend. strongs with your appointment. xox

Mina ja dis chem is having a special on their pampers the premuim care is 130 and the active play 120 and sleep and play 100.shame so now u knw when ur babyshower is u just hav to act surprised.re the nipple cream i started using it.re the sleeping position its rather difficult finding a position thats comfortable and that is with saying if u do finally sleep.

Nicky ja its seems like time is going by slowly especially now that we r getting to the end of our journey.

Naikza i know that feeling as i too seems to be rather irratable nowadays dunno if its the lack of sleep or just hormones
