does da preg omega giv u al dat u need in vitamins? and also da ds24 n pregnavit n chelapreg?
can i jus take da 1 or do i hav 2 take both? coz wit my 1st i took ds24(veggie) n mumomega but then i wasnt so fussy.

i have been taking preg omega from the beginning along with folic acid tablets. I stopped taking the folic acid at 20weeks. Gynae said it was no longer needed.

You can also take pregnavits or DS24.

slmz im new 2 this site n was new 2 da old pf. how r al u mummies doing? im ok jus da normal 1st trimester ups n downs. not sure if u guys can help me but im abit fussy on halaal medication n soon need 2 take da omegas n multivitiam, do any of u know which 1's r safe?
