Ah beansmom. Dr Atzl is such a great doc and I am so pleased he is supportive of the hypnobirthing. You are really in the best hands there are.

You are also at the best hospital with lovely midwives. They were really amazing and the staff were supportive in every way possible.

You are in for the most amazing adventure of your life ahead of you and I am sure with the work that you and Nefertiti have done together, you are going to do an amazing joy. You are going to chage the way Panorama view natural birthing.

Can't wait to read your story.

Yes Julz, been meaning to tell you there was a mom with Dr Atzl :)

Gas and air is by far the safest option. I didn't have nausea with it and none of the moms I know that have used it have either - if you do it will pass with a couple of breaths, where as if you opt for the other forms of pain relief they could take hours to pass if you react badly.
Don't forget to take your ipod with the relaxation, that will help you keep your focus
