I was in the process of booking a shoot with EP too, but you are the second person to complain. I mean it might be a special and all, but no one should be neglected just because she wants to squeeze everyone in , in one day.
If the workload becomes too much, then by all means, limit your appointments , but give good customer service and build on a positive reputation.
I cant imagine how many people are gonna cancel after hearing what you just went through, and having to put your baby down where there is Dog poo ....whats up with that. Your baby doesnt play around where there is dog sh*t at home , so why should she do it at HER house... nee man, thats just ^%&*(^%#@*(()
