Ladies I need advice...I am so flippin angry

My Gynae's rooms just called me to tell me I owe them R400...not sure what its for. For 1 he wasnt there when I delivered my baby as she came too quickly and he didnt make it. He came after some time...on top of that I paid him R1800 from my pocket as Discovery apparently shot pays him, apart from the money that Disc paid him...now this...hhayi maan, he should be paying me back honestly, he wasnt there, and its no one's fault I know, but the least he could do is offset the R400.

Am I being unreasonable???
