Capiteca my condolences to u & ure family. Stumza i used to drink cold h2o, people used to say i was gonna get cold whilst giving birth i didnt stop drinking the h2o my gynae said by the tym the h2o reaches ure stomach the h2o is hot and guess wat i didnt shake nor feel cold whilst having Nale.

i`ve heard about freezing after giving birth ,with 1st pregnancy i used to eat them,i was cold but nothing hectic
over the weekend when bd went out i couldnt sleep ,i finished the whole tray then only dosed off ,will google it

Stumzaa yes its for lobola and I was addicted to ice cubes even before I fell pregnant but it got worse when I was pregnant dr said I have an iron deficiency! and my mom used to scare me and say my baby will have cramps(old wives tale) and I will be cold during labour lol!! I still eat ice cubes alot. But ask your dr about the iron defiency or google Pica,its when you eat non food things like chalk, sand or ice cubes.

hope everybody is okay, cant even catch up with you ladies... had a bad weekend my uncle passed away and almost got hijacked on Monday it was such a terrible experience seeing someone pointing a gun at you cant even finish the whole story but it was terrible...but i'll be fine
