the only thing dat doesnt go back to normal after giving birth is the tummy,exercising is another story im such a lazy person

It helps get your tummy muscles pull back after delivery, so that it doesnt hang like a cooler box., and it also shapes your, gives you this shapely waist that you almost have... the rest u must exercise for unfortunately.
