That`s t he excuse that they`re using for not promoting women into higher positions, coz a woman can fall pregnant and will be gone for 4 months at a time when she is needed to do her job. Thats just so wrong.

So my boss was not impressed when he heard i was preggies. Apparently he doesn`t like it when people get preggies So last week this other two girls from the same department find out they are preggies, he is so I laughed cause there`s only girls in the company so he should expect such.
