I absolutely don't regret taking the year off. I'm actually grateful that I could and not have to worry about money ect. Thing is, I've been working since I was 20...so for the past 7/8 years without a break straight from varsity. So I appreciate the break. Also, I found that since I'm relaxed, my pregnancy has been easy going, with virtually no problems at all. I also want to spend the first 6 months with him...so if I can help it, I will only start work around feb/march and not promptly in january.

Hi mommies.

Haven`t been here for the last coupla days, this tooth drove me crazy, but luckily for me, the swelling went down and I had it removed yesterday. Tay was waiting in the car with mom while I was waiting for the painkiller to kick in, next thing my mom walks in with Tay screaming her lungs out. I had to breastfeed her while sitting there and then I got called in, when I took her off my breast she screamed again, so I had to sit in the dentist chair with her still on my boob.
Gosh it was so painful I almost dropped her. Was so disorientated afterwards I left without a prescription.
Never combine a crying baby and a bloody toothache.

Otherwise hope all you mums are progessing well and your babies are growing at the speed of light.

I took the year off to rest and concerntrate on the pregnancy. Will be returning to the 'real world' in the new year.
Sorry I can't help you with the cramps issue. But maybe you need to up your calcium intake, if you have pains related to bone density and the like. At this point I'm feeling serious heaviness, and my belly is dropping drastically. Like its growing facing down now.

Wlelcome back Kganya...those cramps i dont know what causes them, but when i ask around they say its normal some say the baby is getting bigger when you get such cramps, but i'm seeing my gynae on Friday so i'll ask him rather... you guys must be happy it seems as if everybody will be gone by September and i'll be the only left, only leaving Mid Oct eish

EvaM-I’m seeing my Gynae on Saturday, who’l be able 2 tell then. I had severe pains last week and hoping it was LO turning. I’m planning to take my AL starting from 03 Sept and then ML from 23 Sept, returning ka payday ya Jan.

PreciousBump1 – Wow he’s a grown man!! Are u also taking your ML sometime this month?

Do you ladies ever experience cramps on your calves especially in the middle of the night maybe while turning/ stretching your legs. Is it a sign of a lack of something or calcium maybe?

Hello Ladies!

I beat the flu bug yesterday. It felt like it was coming on too strong.
My boy now weighs 2,2kgs at 32 weeks. That's not too bad neh?
Dr says he's getting bigger. And that my placenta is maturing, so his time to be born is clearly approaching fast.

Hope you all are good and that your LOs are jabbing your ribs away
