Hi ladies, thot I was the only one feeling the bug, relieved that u moms are all feeling it.

Wild@heart, holidays and weekends do not count.Same applies for eg if ur ML falls in Dec as most companies are closing.

wild@heart - only count the weekdays. But your HR should work that out for you. Apparently ML does not consider public holidays, so a month is a month regardless ukuthi kunama holidays ayingaki :( eg: Dec.
