I think i can feel baby move now, especially after eating something. I can also see my tummy changing shape. Is it the baby?

nna my doctor told me that PregnaVita is all I need. I dont need to take anything else.

Your doctor should be able to prescribe supplements for you after di blood test results, if not then it should mean he doesnt see the need for you to be taking any. so I gues, Folic Acid le tsa calcium di right for now Ntoko.

Kaytee - Nami all this supplements are new to me. How do i know which one i need? My GP only gave me folic acid and calcium something. Im worried now.

Hhai no, now i need to see a gynae, phela im almost half way through and nothing was prescribed for me and those test, haven`t had any - only bloods and urine.

@kaytee I really don't know my gynea didn't even check the internal organs,I should ask him when i c him next wednesday,he never ever tested my urinethe only person who does that is my GP and I hardly c her lately.

I am glad that everything is okay and the baby is doing well,somedays u will feel the movements and others u won't sweetie i read this in one the pregnancy books.

I did the same with mine after the 4D scan, I told him.. tla monna, ngwana o tshontshe a shebe ko tlase or else I am going for a c-section and i didnt want that.

and see at my last appointment, baby had turned.
