i was in the bedroom and they were in the dinning room he was "playing with her saying wazula" we dont even go every weekend to my bd`s place .Maybe its because they miss her when we away.On weekends/weekday every body does their own thing .They spend time with her in the mornings n evening when they get back from where ever ,they cant expect me to spend 24hrs in the house ,my life has to go on .I`ll speak to him should he say such things again

Just came back from Dietician:

Una is highly allergic to Nuts, Eggs & Milk (cow,goat, soya, etc) and also fish and wheat (moderately).

So now she's on PEpticate formula (expensive ) and high protein diet (more meat for her).
she'll be weighed and monitored every 8weeks to avoid her gaining too much weight.

now if I want to continue BF, I must also avoid all the foods she's allergic to otherwise they advised that I should stop as my diet will also affect her.
