Hey all it is sooooo quiet here!

Tessa is growing so nicely and I am getting to know her more and more. My drama queen threw an absolute hissy fit when Tommy at TopTots was taking a long time to come say hello to her. I eventually had to take her out the classroom. How embarassing !!! But I also secretly found it very cute, oops. I hope I don't end up spoiling her.

Been feeling very tired lately - not sleeping so well I think. I hope I get to stop dragging my feet soon.

Hello! I hope it's going well with all the mommies and babas!!

My baby is 6 months old today - and she has 6 teeth already!! Yay!!
I don't know why I am so excited about it, I have always thought that the longer it takes for them to get teeth the better!

Megan has been very niggly the last week or so. She cries/moans almost every night before she goes to bed, which is totally unlike her. I just can't figure out what is wrong. In the beginning I thought it was her teeth, but now I'm starting to think it's her tummy. I don't know what to do about it, I don't want to give her medicine every night, especially because I'm not sure what is wrong....

I bought my stuff today for my Santa Shoe boxes, I'm very excited about it and I hope the kiddies like what I bought. (It's for a 1 year old and a 4 year old) I feel so bad for the kiddies that don't have much. We take everything so for granted. We are actually so lucky.

I have to go..but I'll chat soon again...

HI Ladies,

Life is hectic this side. On thursday I am going to seeing my ex as he is coming down with all my boxes and his boxes and I must go through it and store his stuff.. the bloody cheek and his mom is demanding my wedding ring and engagement ring and a watch that she gave me... my ex was too cheap to buy it for me. I will give it back because the less I have to do with that woman the better and she will get whats coming to her. I will give everything that she gave me away to charity as this was a decision I made earlier this year. I don't need her fancy clothes. She can have them back as well if she wants. I will post it to her free of charge.

Other than that its just work, work and more work.

Abdul's winky is getting nice and big now.. poor child has one more injection on wednesday and then we are finished with that. I swear I will never tell him what we did when he was so small to his winky. The other day I had to laugh at my mom. I was changing Abdul and he smeared pooh on his penguin. I yelled at my mom to help me with his penguin. She looked at me like I was crazy. So I left Abdul and sorted out the penguin. He weed all over the place... any way afterwards I was furious with my mom. It turned out that she thought that I had given Abdul's winky a new name. We sat and laughed forever. Now I am not allowed to talk about penguins.

Well I can't wait to get my Blackberry, because it looks like bbm is the 'place' to be!

Meags/Lucy I will definitely try and make it to Durban but it depends on my DH, we're planning a trip to Durban, I'm just not sure when... (My MIL stays in Durban so we go there often)

Cath I bought the donut on a website on the internet. Most of the baby websites sell them and like Lucy said you can buy them at Baby City as well.

Schatsie, apparently they get a vitamin injection at 6 months. The nurse at our Pharmacy Clinic said they don't really need it. I think it's more for the baby's in rural areas that don't get proper nutrition.

Betty, Megan also loves her donut. My mom says she can sit on it (unsupported) for over an hour and play with her toys. She sits and picks up a toy then moves it to her other hand and picks up a new toy. She is growing up so fast. She even grabs things out of my hands to play with it.

She is such a beautiful happy little baby. I am so lucky to have her in my life. I cannot wait to weight her again, I'm really curious to see what she weights now.
I had a very bad stomach bug on Monday so Megan slept at my parents place (I didn't want her to get sick as well - this bug is slowly going through my whole family) I missed her so much, it felt so funny not to have her here at home. But I must admit I felt so sick it was a bit of a relief not to have to worry about her.

I better go put my baby to bed now, she is starting to moan and I am really exhausted.

Hi ladies

Been MIA, but chatting up a storm on the BBM.

Love all the photos of the babba's. Sarah weighed 8.3 at 5 months. Taking her next month for her 6 month check up and will see how big she has gotten.

She is starting to wake up more at night so I am going to start with the veggies this weekend.

I also hav a donught and Sarah loves to sit in it. When she falls over her head is cushioned. I bought it when Matthew was a baby. He hated being carried so bought a couple of seating things, swing, doughnut, baby gym, bumbo seat... All coming to good use again, but Sarah is not as keen on all the seating and the arms are just fine.

Schatsie I think the next injection is at 9 months - measles

Sarah still loves the day care. She had her first cold 2 weeks ago, which developed into an eye infection and a chesty cough. She is much better now, but the cough is still there... Not sure if we should go back to the dr or not...

Otherwise we are all still happy and healthy!

Miss Kay I will be there from 20-30 January too
